This hadith, which states that beef is a disease, is a false and fabricated hadith attributed to the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), and it cannot be authentic in any way. For Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, says regarding what He has made lawful for us: [Al-An'am: 144] So Allah, Mighty and Majestic, has made beef lawful. Would Allah the Exalted make lawful for His servants something that is a disease? No.
