What is the authenticity of the hadith: "The milk of cows is medicine, their fat is healing, and their meat is a disease"?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : What is the authenticity of the hadith that is being quoted
That the milk of cows is medicine, their fat is healing, and their meat is a disease أن ألبان البقر دواء وسمنها شفاء ولحمها داء
?

The Shaykh : This hadith, which states that the meat of cows is a disease, is a false hadith fabricated against the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), and it cannot be authentic in any way, do you understand? Because Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) says regarding what He has made lawful for us:
And of the camels, two and of the cattle, two. Say, "Is it the two males He has forbidden or the two females or that which the wombs of the two females contain? وَمِنَ الإِبِلِ اثْنَيْنِ وَمِنَ الْبَقَرِ اثْنَيْنِ قُلْ آلذَّكَرَيْنِ حَرَّمَ أَمِ الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ أَمَّا اشْتَمَلَتْ عَلَيْهِ أَرْحَامُ الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ
[Al-An'am 6:144]
So Allah (Mighty and Majestic) has made the meat of cows lawful. Does Allah the Exalted make lawful for His servants what is a disease? No, it is not possible for Him to make lawful what is a disease. Therefore, we know that this hadith is fabricated. Some of our brothers among the students have traced it to its sources and shown that it is a lie and not authentic from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Yes.

The questioner : I found it, O Shaykh.

The Shaykh : Be patient. One must accustom people to accepting his news and becoming familiar with it, and then he speaks about this topic. For every occasion there is a suitable speech. And Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) said:
And do not insult those they invoke other than Allah, lest they insult Allah in enmity without knowledge ولا تسبوا الذين يدعون من دون الله فيسبوا الله عدوًا بغير علم
[Al-An'am 6:108]
So He forbade us from reviling their deities, even though they are worthy of revilement, for fear that they would revile Allah. And you know now that the callers to falsehood are numerous in some Islamic countries. So if a person were to stand up as soon as he arrives and refute the falsehood they are upon, they would be repelled by him and say: This is a man of a new religion, and it is not possible to accept him. But he should be wise in this matter, and address the problem by the closest means by which the objective is achieved.
