Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (Nay! When the earth is crushed with a crushing)
Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) reminds people of the Day of Resurrection: [Al-Fajr: 21] meaning: crushed repeatedly until you see no crookedness or elevation in it. The mountains are crushed, so there is no building and no trees. The earth is stretched out like the stretching of a leather, and people walk upon it in one place. The caller is heard by them, and their sight reaches them. On this day [Al-Fajr: 23-24] But the time has passed, however, today we are still in the realm of action and in the time of respite. A person can acquire for his abode during that time, as the believer of the family of Pharaoh said: [Ghafir: 39] It is a provision that a person enjoys, just as a traveler enjoys the provisions of his journey until his journey ends. So this is the world.

So likewise, what is to come will pass over us quickly, and the journey will end in another place that is not a permanent abode; to the graves, to the tombs. And with this, it is not a place of stability;because of the saying of Allah the Exalted: [At-Takathur: 1-2] .
An Arab heard a man reciting this verse and said: (And Allah, the visitor is not a resident, and it is inevitable to part from this place. This is a strong deduction and a good understanding, supported by many explicit verses regarding that,As in the saying of Allah the Exalted: [Al-Mu'minun: 15-16] .
Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) reminds people of the Day of Resurrection:

كَلَّا إِذَا دُكَّتِ الْأَرْضُ دَكّاً دَكّاًthat Day, man will remember, but what good to him will be the remembrance? (24) He will say, "Oh, I wish I had sent ahead [some good] for my life."
يَتَذَكَّرُ الْإِنْسَانُ وَأَنَّى لَهُ الذِّكْرَى * يَقُولُ يَا لَيْتَنِي قَدَّمْتُ لِحَيَاتِيO my people, this worldly life is only [temporary] enjoyment, and indeed, the Hereafter - that is the home of [permanent] settlement.
يَا قَوْمِ إِنَّمَا هَذِهِ الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا مَتَاعٌ وَإِنَّ الْآخِرَةَ هِيَ دَارُ الْقَرَارِAnd consider, my brother, what is to come by what has passed. Everything that has passed is like an hour of the day, as if we were created now. So likewise, what is to come will pass over us quickly, and the journey will end in another place that is not a permanent abode; to the graves, to the tombs. And with this, it is not a place of stability;because of the saying of Allah the Exalted:
The competition for more has distracted you until you visit the graveyards.
