The ruling on renting out a house to someone one knows will install a satellite dish or something forbidden on it
If a person has a rest house or a house, and a tenant comes to him knowing that he will install something forbidden, such as a satellite dish, is it permissible for the landlord to rent it to him?
If a person has a house, a rest house, or a tent, and a person comes to rent it from him, and he knows that the tenant will install in it this satellite dish that has destroyed beliefs, morals, and customs, then it is not permissible to rent it to him. However, if he rents it on the condition that he wants to live in it, and the landlord does not know, and then after he moves in he installs the dish in it, the lease is valid. But if the contract is completed—Meaning: If the period is completed—He says to him: Either you remove the dish, or you leave.
As for the money, if the lease is forbidden, then the money is forbidden.
