Ruling on Renting a House to Those Who Use Satellite Dishes

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Honorable Shaykh! We have a man who has a recreation area that he has rented out to some people or young men who installed a satellite dish in it. He has advised them repeatedly, but it has not benefited them. This man appears to be righteous, and he is the imam of a mosque.Question: Is the money he takes from them lawful? And what advice do you direct to him? May Allah guide you.

This person says: A man rented out his rest area to a group who set up a bar there. Is the rent lawful or forbidden? This depends on whether the lease contract with them is lawful or forbidden. If they rented it specifically to set up this bar and stay there all night, then the contract is forbidden and the earnings are forbidden. However, if he rented it to them so they could go there at the end of the day, stay there as long as they wish, and then return to their homes, then it is not forbidden, but if he sees that they have set up the bar, once the contract between them is finalized, he should tell them: either remove the bar, or leave.
