The Shaykh : If a person has a house, a rest house, or a tent, and a person comes to rent it from him while he knows that he will install in it this satellite dish that has destroyed beliefs, morals, and customs, then it is not permissible to rent it to him. However, if he rents it on the condition that he wants to reside in it, and the lessor does not know, and then after he moves in he installs the satellite dish in it, the lease is valid. But if the contract is completed, he should tell him: either you remove the satellite dish, or you leave if the term is completed.

The Shaykh : The money is based on the prohibition of the rent. If the lease is forbidden, then the money is forbidden.
