Allah (Mighty and Majestic) said:

⁽²⁶⁾ Everyone upon the earth will perish, ⁽²⁷⁾ And there will remain the Face of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor.

كُلُّ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَانٍ * وَيَبْقَى وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو الْجَلالِ وَالْأِكْرَامِ

[al-Rahman:26-27] (Everyone upon it) means: upon the earth (perishing) means: vanishing, from the jinn, mankind, animals, and trees,Allah, Blessed and Exalted, said:

⁽⁷⁾ Indeed, We have made that which is on the earth adornment for it that We may test them [as to] which of them is best in deed. ⁽⁸⁾ And indeed, We will make that which is upon it [into] a barren ground.

إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا مَا عَلَى الْأَرْضِ زِينَةً لَهَا لِنَبْلُوَهُمْ أَيُّهُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلاً * وَإِنَّا لَجَاعِلُونَ مَا عَلَيْهَا صَعِيداً جُرُزاً

[al-Kahf:7-8] means: empty,And Allah the Exalted said:

⁽¹⁰⁵⁾ And they ask you about the mountains, so say, "My Lord will blow them away with a blast. ⁽¹⁰⁶⁾ And He will leave the earth a level plain;

وَيَسْأَلونَكَ عَنِ الْجِبَالِ فَقُلْ يَنْسِفُهَا رَبِّي نَسْفاً * فَيَذَرُهَا قَاعاً صَفْصَفاً

[Ta-Ha:105-106] means: He leaves the earth as a level plain, or He leaves the mountains, after they were high and towering, (a level plain) like the plains, level with the rest, smooth

You will not see therein a depression or an elevation."

لا تَرَى فِيهَا عِوَجاً وَلا أَمْتاً

[Ta-Ha:107] .
