The Disbelief of One Who Abandons Prayer Entirely

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Is it understood from the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): (Five prayers have been written by Allah for His servants. Whoever comes to them and does not neglect anything of them has a covenant with Allah that He will admit him to Paradise. And whoever does not come to them has no covenant with Allah that He will admit him to Paradise; if He wills, He will punish him, and if He wills, He will admit him to Paradise) Is the one who abandons prayer under the will of Allah the Exalted, and is prayer a condition for the validity of faith?
That is not understood from it;Because the hadith you referred to said: (Whoever comes to them and completes their bowing, prostration, and humility) That is: and whoever does not come to them in this manner, the hadith must be understood in this way; because there are other explicit hadiths that the one who abandons prayer is a disbeliever. The method of those firmly grounded in knowledge is not to follow the ambiguous that is subject to interpretation and leave the clear thing. So as long as we have something clear that the one who abandons prayer is a disbeliever, we understand what may contradict it or does not contradict it in the way that does not contradict it, so that all the texts remain clear and decisive.
And as for whether deeds are a condition for the validity of faith? So we say: Deeds are part of the condition of faith, and part of them are not a condition. So the performance of prayer is a condition for the foundation of faith, not for its perfection. So whoever does not pray is a disbeliever with a disbelief that takes him out of the religion.
