The ruling on a traveler leading people in the Friday prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
As for the traveler, does he lead people in the Friday prayer?
Yes,There is no harm in that, based on the hadith: (The one who leads the people in prayer is the one among them who is most proficient in reciting the Book of Allah the Exalted), unless he is the imam of a mosque, in which case he is the one in authority there. Therefore, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (A man should not lead another man in prayer in his place of authority). As for when he is not the imam of a mosque, the most proficient among the people in recitation is the most deserving of leading the prayer, even if he is young. 'Amr ibn Salimah al-Jarmi (may Allah be pleased with him) was young and was the most proficient in recitation among his people; because he received the Qur'an from the Companions who passed by him, they put him forward when he was six or seven years old. Can you imagine? They put him forward to lead his entire tribe in prayer, not just one or two or three people, but his whole tribe. And he was wearing a short garment, so when he prostrated, his private parts might become visible. So a woman from the tribe came out one day and said: [Cover for us the backside of your imam]. The "ist" is not the sexual organ,The "ist": it is the backside,He says: [So buy me a garment -in place of what he was wearing- for I have not been happier since Islam than I was with that garment], because he was a small boy, and a boy of six or seven years old is happy with everything.

So the important thing is: You must follow this hadith: (The one who leads the people in prayer is the one among them who is most proficient in reciting the Book of Allah the Exalted). The imam of the mosque is an exception to this; because the imam of the mosque is the one in authority in the mosque. Likewise, the supreme ruler, the head of the country, if he attends the mosque, is more deserving of leading the prayer than anyone else.

But the whole problem is that people now push each other to lead the prayer: "You lead the prayer, so-and-so."

So he says: No, you lead the prayer.
My brother,Thank your Lord when it is said to you: lead the prayer, and you are the most deserving among the people to lead the prayer. Thank Allah; because the servants of the Rahman
And those who say, "Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous."
