Is it permissible for a traveler to pray with the imam for Jumu'ah with the intention of Zuhr?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you, O honorable Shaykh. If a Muslim traveler passes through a town on Friday with the intention of staying until 'Asr, does he pray Jumu'ah with them with the intention of Zuhr?

The Shaykh : Yes, if the traveler passes through a village or city while they are praying Jumu'ah and he intends to stay, it is obligatory for him to attend Jumu'ah due to the generality of the statement of Allah the Exalted:
O you who have believed, when [the adhan] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumu'ah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allah and leave trade
[Al-Jumu'ah 62:9]
It is said to this traveler: "Are you not among the believers?" He will say: "Yes." Then the address includes him. However, he prays with the intention of Jumu'ah, just as a woman who attends the Jumu'ah prayer prays with the intention of Jumu'ah, not with the intention of Zuhr. We said that he prays with the intention of Jumu'ah to follow the imam in one aspect, and because Jumu'ah is better than Zuhr, so he should not leave the better for the lesser.
