Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (He is turned away from it by one who is turned away)]

Allah the Exalted said:
Deluded away from the Qur'an is he who is deluded.يُؤْفَكُ عَنْهُ مَنْ أُفِكَ
[Surat al-Dhariyat: 9] :
He is turned awayيُؤْفَكُ
means: he is turned away.
from itعَنْهُ
It was said: The pronoun refers to the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him),Meaning: the one who is turned away from the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) is the one who was turned away from among the people.

And it was said: The pronoun refers to the statement, and on this statement, (from) means (by),Meaning: he is turned away by this statement, the one who was turned away; he is turned away by this statement from the truth, the one who was turned away, and the two—Meaning: the two meanings—are concomitant,And the closer view is: that the pronoun in His saying:
from itعَنْهُ
refers to the statement; because it is the nearest mentioned,
(8) Indeed, you are in differing speech. (9) Deluded away from the Qur'an is he who is deluded.إِنَّكُمْ لَفِي قَوْلٍ مُخْتَلِفٍ * يُؤْفَكُ عَنْهُ
[Adh-Dhariyat 51:8-9]
meaning: from this statement,Meaning: because of it
by one who is turned awayمَنْ أُفِكَ
meaning: the one who was turned away from the truth; and that is because eloquence is a kind of magic. If a man who is eloquent and articulate comes to you and starts raising doubts and suspicions against you, are you not deceived by his words? Yes.
These disbelievers in the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) have eloquence, they have rhetoric, they have deception, they have trickery, so they turn people away,And his statement: the one who was turned away
by one who is turned awayمَنْ أُفِكَ
is the intended meaning: the one whom Allah decreed to be turned away?Or the intended meaning is:
by one who is turned awayمَنْ أُفِكَ
meaning: the one whom these disputers turned away? They are also concomitant, for those who mislead people cannot mislead them except by the permission of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). (Whomsoever Allah misguides, there is no guide for him, and whomsoever He guides, there is no misleader for him) They are the ones who turn people away,Meaning: they turn them away as a cause—they are the cause—but the One who decrees the turning away is Allah (Mighty and Majestic).
But know, my Muslim brother, that it is not possible for one to be turned away from the truth except one from whom Allah knows that he is not worthy of the truth—we ask Allah for safety for us and for you—For this reason, Allah the Exalted said:
Allah is most knowing of where He places His messageاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ حَيْثُ يَجْعَلُ رِسَالَتَهُ
[Surat al-An'am: 124] And likewise, Allah knows best where He places His message in those who comply with it and believe in it, and this indicates what we said, the saying of Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He):
And when they deviated, Allah caused their hearts to deviate.فَلَمَّا زَاغُوا أَزَاغَ اللَّهُ قُلُوبَهُمْ
[Surat al-Saff: 5] ;But beware, if you see a misguided person, of saying: This one is not worthy of guidance; because there is a difference between speaking in general terms and speaking with specific designation.
Speaking with specific designation is forbidden; because you may see a person who is astray,And you say: this one will not be guided, and then Allah (Mighty and Majestic) guides him, and the reverse is the reverse, perhaps you see a person who is upright and you say: this one cannot be led astray, and then Allah leads him astray,The important point: Beware of testifying for a specific person, but the reality is that if you see a person who is astray, rebellious, and arrogant against the truth, then in your heart you consider it unlikely that Allah will guide him;But do not say: that Allah will not guide him! Have you not been informed that a man was striving in worship, and there was another who was transgressing against himself, so this man would pass by him and advise him, but the other would say: You do not stand between me and my Lord, leave me and my Lord,So the one who strives in worship said one day: By Allah, Allah will not forgive you,or he said: By Allah, Allah will not admit you to Paradise,So Allah the Exalted said: (Who is the one who swears against Me that I will not forgive so-and-so? I have indeed forgiven him and I have nullified your deed) We ask Allah for safety. For this reason, do not be pleased with yourself, and do not despair of the mercy of Allah, neither in what concerns you, nor in what concerns others, for Allah is Able to do all things.
But we know in general that if a person is not worthy of guidance, he will not be guided. So if we see this person deviant, arrogant, and stubborn, there is no doubt that it is predominant in our opinion that he is not worthy of guidance; but it is not permissible for us to utter that, it is forbidden for us to utter it,And it is feared that it will be said to us what was said to this man: (I have indeed forgiven him and I have nullified your deed) .

And here is an important point, which is: The difference between specific designation and generalization, for example, we testify for every believer that he is in Paradise; is that correct or not? Yes.
But if we see a person who is upright, who prays, gives zakah, fasts, performs Hajj, gives charity, does good, is dutiful to his parents, and maintains family ties, do we testify that he is in Paradise? No.
Specific designation is one thing, and generalization is another, Good! We see a man who is a disbeliever, an atheist, who is aggressive against the Muslims, tearing the Book of Allah and trampling it with his feet, and mocking Allah and His Messenger, do we say: this one is from the people of the Fire? No,Rather, we say: whoever does this is from the people of the Fire, and specific designation does not designate; because it is possible in the last moment that Allah bestows upon him and guides him, so you do not know.
Therefore, it is obligatory for you to distinguish between specific designation and generalization, or specific designation and generalization.
A man died and we know that he died upon Christianity according to what appears to us of his state, do we testify for him with the Fire? We do not testify; because first, if he is from the people of the Fire, he will enter it even if we do not testify, and if he is not from the people of the Fire, our testimony is testimony without knowledge, so there is no need for such matters,Meaning: if someone said: A man from the Russians died, one of their atheists, a man from the Americans died, one of their atheists, one of the Jews died, one of their atheists, curse him and testify for him with the Fire,We say: it is not possible,We say: whoever dies upon this is from the people of the Fire, whoever dies upon this is cursed, but the specific person, no, and for this reason, it is from the creed of the people of the Sunnah and the community that they said: We do not testify for anyone with Paradise or with the Fire, except for whom the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) testified; but we hope for the doer of good and we fear for the doer of evil, this is the creed of the people of the Sunnah and the community.
