Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (I do not desire from them any provision, nor do I desire that they feed Me)
Allah the Exalted said: [Surat al-Dhariyat: 57-58] (He is the Provider) meaning: He is the One who possesses the giving, the One who gives,So provision means giving, and from that is the saying of Allah the Exalted: [Surat al-Nisa: 8] meaning: give to them, and the word (al-Razzaq) is more eloquent than the word al-Raziq; because al-Razzaq is a form of exaggeration indicating the abundance of provision and the recipients of provision, so the provision of Allah the Exalted is abundant considering the multitude of those who receive it, every living creature on earth has its provision from Allah, from humans and animals, from birds and crawling creatures, from small and large.
Can we count the types of creatures on earth? It is not possible,If I said to you: Count the worlds on earth? You cannot, let alone their individuals,Every individual of them, Allah the Exalted is responsible for their provision: [Surat Hud: 6] If that is the case, then the provision of Allah becomes abundant considering the recipients. Who can count the recipients? No one can count them. Also, it is abundant by the grace of each individual considering each one of them. How much provision does Allah have for you?! It is much, uncountable. Allah provided for you a beast to carry you by night and day, He provided you with intellect, health, wealth, children, and safety,And things that are uncountable: [Surat al-Nahl: 18] For this reason, the name al-Razzaq came with the emphasis (tashdid) indicating abundance.
And his statement: (The Possessor of Strength) meaning: The One who possesses the strength that no strength opposes, as the pre-Islamic poet said:
Where is the escape, and the God is the Seeker, and the one with the broken nose is the one who is overcome, not the one who overcomes
This is while he was in the pre-Islamic age of ignorance, so the strength of Allah Mighty and Majestic is not matched by any strength, His strength Mighty and Majestic is not affected by weakness, unlike the strength of the created being, the created being's strength ends in weakness, as Allah the Exalted said: [Surat al-Rum: 54] As for the Lord Mighty and Majestic, His strength is not overtaken by weakness in any way,And when 'Ad said: [Surat Fussilat: 15] , what did Allah say? [Surat Fussilat: 15] And Allah Mighty and Majestic spoke the truth.
And his statement: (The Firm) meaning: The Strong, so He is strong in His strength, strong in His punishment, strong in everything where wisdom requires strength,Look at the saying of Allah the Exalted: [Surat al-Nur: 2] This is a strictness where compassion should not take you toward them, Allah Mighty and Majestic is the Most Merciful of the merciful, and yet He advises us, rather He forbids us, that compassion should take us toward the female and male fornicators [Surat al-Nur: 2] And this is evidence of strength.
From His strength, Mighty and Majestic: That He, Glorified and Exalted is He, created the heavens and the earth in six days, and did He tire? No: [Surat al-Ahqaf: 33] .
And from His strength and power: That He, Exalted and Majestic is He, resurrects people as one soul [Surat al-Nazi'at: 13-14] , and the examples of this are many, so He, Exalted and Majestic is He, possesses the ultimate strength that no strength can match.
Allah the Exalted said:
(57) I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. (58) Indeed, it is Allah who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength.
And when [other] relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the [time of] division, then provide for them [something] out of the estate
Can we count the types of creatures on earth? It is not possible,If I said to you: Count the worlds on earth? You cannot, let alone their individuals,Every individual of them, Allah the Exalted is responsible for their provision:
And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision
And if you should count the favors of Allah, you could not enumerate them
And his statement: (The Possessor of Strength) meaning: The One who possesses the strength that no strength opposes, as the pre-Islamic poet said:
Where is the escape, and the God is the Seeker, and the one with the broken nose is the one who is overcome, not the one who overcomes

Allah is the one who created you from weakness, then made after weakness strength, then made after strength weakness and white hair. He creates what He wills, and He is the Knowing, the Competent.
Who is greater than us in strength?
Did they not consider that Allah who created them was greater than them in strength?
And his statement: (The Firm) meaning: The Strong, so He is strong in His strength, strong in His punishment, strong in everything where wisdom requires strength,Look at the saying of Allah the Exalted:
The [unmarried] woman or [unmarried] man found guilty of sexual intercourse - lash each one of them with a hundred lashes, and do not be taken by pity for them in the religion of Allah, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day
الزَّانِيَةُ وَالزَّانِي فَاجْلِدُوا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ وَلا تَأْخُذْكُمْ بِهِمَا رَأْفَةٌ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِdo not be taken by pity for them
From His strength, Mighty and Majestic: That He, Glorified and Exalted is He, created the heavens and the earth in six days, and did He tire? No:
Do they not see that Allah, who created the heavens and earth and did not fail in their creation
And from His strength and power: That He, Exalted and Majestic is He, resurrects people as one soul
