The Ruling on a Seller Giving a Gift to the Buyer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Is it permissible for a shop owner, if he buys goods and a gift or prize comes with the goods, to dispose of this gift or prize by selling it or the like, whether the goods are bought individually or in bulk?

We say: If the seller gives a gift to the buyer, it is his property; he owns it. However, if the buyer is an agent for a company or a government entity, then this gift resembles a bribe. It is well known that if such an agent is given a gift, he will prefer this seller over others. Perhaps his goods are cheaper or more expensive, but the gift influences him, so you find him avoiding others and coming to buy from this seller.
As for a man who buys for himself and sells to people, if the seller gives him whatever he gives, there is nothing wrong with it.
