Ruling on reciting what is easy of the Qur'an after al-Fatihah for one who joins the imam in the four-unit prayer while he is in the third unit

The questioner: If a man joins the imam in the four-unit prayer in the third unit, is the first unit considered for him, and does he recite what is easy of the Qur'an in it, or what does he do?The Shaykh: Yes, he recites; because the one who joined in the third unit, the third unit becomes the first for him, so he begins with the opening takbir and recites al-Fatihah, and recites after it what is easy if he is able to do so before the imam bows.
