The ruling on one who intends to combine prayers by delaying them but arrives before the time of the second prayer begins

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner: The questioner says: If a person is traveling and combines Maghrib and Isha' by delaying them, and he arrives in his town before the time of Isha' begins, does he pray Maghrib or does he wait until the time of Isha'?The Shaykh: If a traveler delays the Maghrib prayer to combine it with the Isha prayer by delaying them, but he arrives in his hometown before the time for Isha begins, it is obligatory for him to pray Maghrib in its proper time. This is because his arrival in his hometown ends the journey and removes the permission for combining the prayers. Therefore, he must hasten to pray Maghrib before its time ends, and if the time for Isha begins, he should pray it.
