Requesting divorce from a man whose mind has been lost, and the ruling on the divorce of a madman

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is the situation of a woman whose husband has lost his mind while she is still in his marriage bond? Is she to be divorced, or what? And if he pronounces the divorce, is it valid?
If a woman’s husband becomes mad, she has the choice: if she wishes, she may remain with him, and if she wishes, she may request annulment from the judge, and the judge will look into her case. And if it is possible for her to be patient with him and seek reward, provided there is no harm to her and no fear of the man who has become mad, that is better and more appropriate.
As for the divorce of a madman, it does not take effect; because he does not have intention.
