As for his statement: [Surat al-Dhariyat: 1] : The winds scattering are: the winds that scatter dust and other things,Allah, Blessed and Exalted, said: [Surat al-Kahf: 45] meaning: they scatter it, in various places.
And Allah swore by the winds scattering because of the many benefits in them, for there is perfect wisdom in their movement, including warm winds and cold winds, according to what the wisdom of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) requires; and because they also—meaning the winds—raise clouds, by which Allah waters the earth, and because they move ships, for previously ships used to sail on the winds,Allah the Exalted said: [Surat Yunus: 22] .

وَالذَّارِيَاتِand [then] it becomes dry remnants, scattered by the winds
