How to purify carpets from ritual impurity
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
May Allah reward you, O honorable Shaykh! How are carpets purified from ritual impurity?
By washing. Carpets are washed. Some are light, like ordinary clothes, and these are washed. As for the heavy ones, first the ritual impurity is removed, then water is poured over it, then it is sucked up with a sponge, then water is poured again and sucked up, then a third time and sucked up, and it is purified by this.
