Ruling on taking the value of a deposit as an exchange in another currency
I have a withdrawal card (electronic) issued by the State of Kuwait.

The Shaykh: What?The questioner: A withdrawal card (electronic) issued by the State of Kuwait: Is it permissible for me to withdraw from the automated exchange committee in Saudi Arabia in Saudi currency, given that the amount is held and then deducted after a few days?
If there is a need for this, there is nothing wrong with it; otherwise, exchange it into Kuwaiti dinars and then exchange the dinars into Saudi riyals.
