What is the ruling on repaying a debt in a different currency? And does it constitute riba?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : If a person borrows a sum of money from another and repays it in a different currency, let us say the Saudi riyal.

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : And he went to Kuwait and repaid it in the Kuwaiti dinar.

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : Is this permissible?

The Shaykh : This occurred during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) said:
We used to sell camels for dirhams and take dinars for them, and we used to sell for dinars and take dirhams for them. So I asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about that, and he said: There is no harm in taking them at the price of the day, as long as you do not separate from each other with anything between you.
So if you take dirhams in Saudi currency and collect it in Kuwait in the Kuwaiti dinar, there is no harm, but on the condition that it is according to the value there, meaning what the Saudi riyal is worth, and you give the value without any increase or decrease. Yes.
