Permissibility of the imam reading from the mushaf when he needs to

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
His Eminence the Shaykh: The imam of a mosque whose congregation is mostly composed of people who do not memorize what they recite in prayer, and who sometimes needs someone to open the recitation for him but cannot find one. Is it permissible for him to keep a mushaf in his pocket to read from?
There is nothing wrong with it. It is permissible for a person, whether he is the imam or the ma'mum. The ma'mum may not need it, but the imam and the one praying alone are permitted to read from the mushaf.Especially in the long surahs, for example, if he says: On Friday morning, it is the sunnah (recommended practice) for a person to recite in the first rak'ah
Alif Lam Mimالم
Surat al-Sajdah, and in the second rak'ah
Has there come upon manهَلْ أَتَى عَلَى الْأِنْسَانِ
[al-Insan:1]. If he does not memorize them, we say: read from the mushaf, and there is no blame on him. This is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she used to do so in the night prayer.
