Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (Indeed, We are sending the she-camel as a trial for them)

Allah the Exalted said: [Surah al-Qamar: 27] (Indeed, We) means: Himself, (Exalted and Majestic is He), and He used the plural form to magnify Him, (Exalted and Majestic is He); because of the greatness of His attributes, the multitude of His perfections, and the multitude of His soldiers,Therefore, he refers to himself with the form of magnification: [Surah al-Qamar: 27] means: the one who sent her (as a trial for them) a test, will they believe or will they not believe? And what was the outcome? Did they believe or not? They did not believe. In this is an indication that Allah the Exalted may manifest to a person from the signs such that people believe upon the like of it, so that when he becomes arrogant, his arrogance is with knowledge, and thus his punishment is more severe and more painful. For this reason, Allah made the she-camel a trial; because it manifested the truth to them, but they did not accept it. Be alert to this gradual luring by Allah, Mighty and Majestic. Be alert. If Allah makes the means of sin easy for you, do not do it, for Allah may make the means of sin easy for a person as a trial for him. Have you seen the People of the Sabbath from the Children of Israel? The means of sin were made easy for them as a trial, and that was that Allah forbade them to hunt fish on the day of Sabbath, so the fish would come on the day of Sabbath in a straight line on the surface of the water, and in great numbers. But they were committed and did not hunt fish on the day of Sabbath. So when the time became long for them, they were unable to control themselves and returned to their nature, which is treachery, cunning, and stratagem. So they devised a stratagem to hunt the fish; they would place a net on Friday, so the fish would come and enter the net, and when it was Sunday they would take the fish. And this is a clear stratagem, so Allah transformed them into monkeys,Allah the Exalted said: [Surah al-Baqarah: 65] In the beginning of this Ummah, Allah forbade hunting for those in the state of Ihram: [Surah al-Ma'idah: 95] So Allah sent the game upon them while they were in the state of Ihram, within the reach of their hands and their spears,Meaning: that the crawling animal they would catch by hand, like a rabbit for example, and the gazelle, one would catch it by hand, and your spears -Meaning: the bird - the bird could not be reached except by arrow; because it was far away, but the bird would fly as if it were on the ground, and the spear would reach it. A trial. Here Allah made the means of sin easy for them, but the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) were the best of people, and none of them hunted a single game (may Allah be pleased with them), while the Children of Israel devised stratagems and deceived Allah. As for the Salaf of this Ummah, may Allah guide us and you to accompany them in this world in their deeds and in the Hereafter in their dwellings, they did not take.
So here, Allah the Exalted sent the she-camel as a trial for Thamud, but it did not benefit them.
