The Ruling on the Children of Disbelievers Who Die Before Reaching Puberty

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What do we call the children of disbelievers who died before reaching puberty? Are they Muslims or disbelievers?
Their ruling is the same as their parents' ruling. If the parents are disbelievers, their ruling in this world is the same as their parents' ruling.Meaning: We do not wash them, shroud them, or pray over them, and they are not buried in the graves of Muslims. As for the Hereafter, their matter is with Allah, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (Allah knows best what they were doing) What concerns us is the rulings of this world: what do we do with them? As for the rulings of the Hereafter, they are with Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Many scholars (may Allah have mercy on them) have mentioned that these children, as well as those to whom the Prophetic call did not reach, will be tested on the Day of Resurrection. Allah the Exalted will command them to do what He wills, so whoever among them obeys will enter Paradise, and whoever disobeys will enter the Fire.
