The ruling on clothing affected by pre-seminal fluid

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
If a person has a strong desire such that he frequently experiences pre-seminal fluid, is it obligatory for him to remove all his clothing whenever he is affected by it, given that he sometimes does not know where it has landed?
Pre-seminal fluid is what comes after desire. 'Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) was affected by it: (He was a man who frequently experienced pre-seminal fluid, so he ordered al-Miqdad ibn al-Aswad to ask the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about its ruling,So he said: he should wash his private part and perform ablution). Therefore, you must wash your private part and perform ablution. As for the clothing, its impurity is lighter than the impurity of urine; it is sufficient to sprinkle water on it, even if it does not drip off and even if you do not wash it, just as with the urine of a young boy who has not yet started eating solid food and is still being breastfed. In that case, if he urinates on a place, it is sufficient to simply pour water on it, even if it does not drip off.
