Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: (and water poured out)

As for his statement:
and of a flowing waterوَمَاءٍ مَسْكُوبٍ
[Al-Waqi'ah: 31] The meaning is: that it is water that is continuous and permanent,As Allah (Mighty and Majestic) said:
In both of them are two springs, flowing.
[Ar-Rahman: 50] permanent, and besides water, there are also other rivers, of honey, milk, and intoxicants, so the types are four. It has come in the hadith that these rivers flow without a channel, and a channel is the raised thing; these prevent the water from going to the right and left. There is no channel in Paradise. Likewise, in this world, if there is no channel, it is necessary to dig for the water to move with this digging. In Paradise, there is neither this nor that; rivers move without a channel. Glory be to Allah the Great,Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said in al-Nuniyyah:
Its rivers flow in no trench, glory to the One who holds them back from overflowing
Allah is the Greatest! Glory be to Him, it does not require labor, neither establishing a channel nor digging trenches,If someone says: Is this possible? We say: Do not speak and say: Is this possible? Believe. The news of the unseen does not have possible and impossible. Believe and do not speak. Did not the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) inform us that Allah descends to the lowest heaven when the last third of the night remains?
Yes, and He, Glory be to Him and Exalted, has absolute elevation. How can He be high and descend? What is obligatory? It is obligatory to believe, and we do not say: How and why, this is beyond the level of our minds.
Do not ask about the matters of the unseen, as long as they are established in the Qur'an or the Sunnah, do not ask about them; because you cannot encompass them,Say: I believe in Allah and His Messenger and continue,Here we say: Do the rivers of Paradise move without a channel? Is this possible? Whether it is possible or not, as long as it is established from the Infallible, it is obligatory for us to believe. In this world, it is possible. Now, if you wipe your hand with oil and pour water on it, you will not find that it becomes clumps without anything, without a barrier, without a hole. This is in this world, whereas in the Hereafter it is greater,Does not Allah the Exalted say regarding the people of Paradise:
(50) And they will approach one another, inquiring of each other. (51) A speaker among them will say, "Indeed, I had a companion [on earth] (52) Who would say, 'Are you indeed of those who believe (53) That when we have died and become dust and bones, we will indeed be recompensed?'"
[As-Saffat: 50-53] His companion in this world says: Do you believe that after we become dust and bones, we will be resurrected and recompensed? Do you believe in this? Look at the deception. What is the answer of the believer? Do you believe that after you die and are buried in the dust and become bones and remnants, you will be resurrected? Look, by Allah, it is stronger than what I believe in the sun,This bad companion says to his companion: Do you believe in this?
That when we have died and become dust and bones, we will indeed be recompensed?'"أَإِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَاباً وَعِظَاماً أَإِنَّا لَمَدِينُونَ
[As-Saffat: 53] And he is his companion in this world, but Allah granted him steadfastness, and he was steadfast and became one of the people of Paradise, so he said to his companions:
Would you [care to] look?"هَلْ أَنْتُمْ مُطَّلِعُونَ
[As-Saffat: 54] Come, let us look at the companion who used to say this to me
And he will look and see him in the midst of the Hellfire.
[As-Saffat: 55] in the depths of the Hellfire, and this one is in the highest of the highest in Paradise,He said to him, addressing him:
By Allah, you almost ruined me.
[As-Saffat: 56] Meaning: I would have destroyed me. With what?By his saying: Do you believe in this,
If not for the favor of my Lord, I would have been of those brought in [to Hell].
[As-Saffat: 57] for the punishment, as you are now brought, he addresses him, and this one is in the highest of the highest, and this one is in the lowest of the lowest,And he looks at him and says:
Would you [care to] look?"هَلْ أَنْتُمْ مُطَّلِعُونَ
[As-Saffat 37:54]
? Is this possible? We all say: This is not possible in this world, but in the Hereafter we are believers. But we have found now that there is in this world what is made by Adam's descendants, telephones by which the near and the far converse and see each other's images, made by humans. How about the creation of the Creator, Mighty and Majestic? I intend by this, my brothers, that you do not reject anything of what Allah and His Messenger have informed us of, and it is obligatory for you to believe, and do not bring upon yourselves or others how this is. This is a true news from Allah and His Messenger,Say: I believe in Allah and be upright upon the religion of Allah.
