The first release is not achieved except by stoning the pillars and shaving the head

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
If it is established that the first release is achieved by a single act of worship, which is stoning the Jamrat al-Aqabah, can we apply analogical reasoning to shaving the head on that basis, since it is one of the acts of worship that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed on the Day of the Greatest Pilgrimage?

It is well known that the hadith reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) states: (When you have stoned the pillars, everything is lawful for you except women),And in a wording: (When you have stoned the pillars and shaved your heads, everything is lawful for you except women),And the statement of some jurists: that if one performs two out of three acts, the first release is achieved, there is no evidence for this,Rather, it is said: The first release is linked either to stoning alone or to stoning and shaving. As for two out of three, while this has some merit in terms of consideration, it is weak. One should restrict oneself to what the text has brought, namely stoning and shaving. As for whether the release is achieved by stoning alone, or by stoning and shaving? So the correct view is: It is not achieved except by stoning and shaving;Because the hadith of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) in which she said: (I used to perfume the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) for his state of consecration before he entered it, and for his release before he circumambulated the House) and it is well known that there is no circumambulation of the House in the case of the action of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) except after stoning and shaving,If he had released himself before shaving, she would have said: and for his release before he shaved.

So when she said: (before he circumambulated) .
We know that the first release is not achieved except by shaving.

Also: For shaving is the condition upon which release is based in the issue of being prevented from completing the pilgrimage. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was prevented at al-Hudaybiyyah, he ordered them to shave and then release themselves, and there is no release for one who is prevented except after shaving.

So the correct view is: The first release is not achieved except after stoning and shaving, and if one stoned and circumambulated, he would not be released, and if he shaved and circumambulated, he would not be released. The release is restricted to what the text has brought, which is stoning and shaving.
