Ruling on eating from a father's wealth if it is forbidden

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
ً
Your Eminence! A man knows that the source of his father's wealth is from what is forbidden. Does he eat from his father's food? And if he does not eat from his father's food, is that considered undutifulness to parents?
As for the man who knows that his father's wealth is from what is forbidden, if it is forbidden in itself,Meaning: meaning he knows that his father stole this money from a person, then it is not permissible for him to eat it. If you know that your father stole this sheep and slaughtered it, do not eat it, and you are not obligated to invite him.As for if the forbidden matter is from his earnings, meaning: If he engages in usury or deals with deception or something similar to that, then eat, and the sin is upon him.And the evidence for this: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ate from the wealth of the Jews, and they were known for taking usury and eating illicit gains. A Jewish woman in Khaybar sent him a poisoned sheep to kill him, but Allah protected him from it until a specified term.
A Jew invited him to barley bread and a sauce of stinking fish, so he accepted and ate. He bought food from a Jew for his family and ate it himself and his family ate it. So let him eat, and the sin is upon his father.
