Ruling on saying: (None is above him) regarding human beings

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Ruling on the statement: (None is above him) regarding human beings]

His Eminence the Shaykh: A person was treated by a doctor and, by the will of Allah, was healed by the hand of this doctor, and when asked about him,He said: [it was said] that this doctor is one above whom none is above, so what is the ruling on this statement?

The ruling on this statement: This generalization, meaning his statement that this doctor is one above whom none is above: if he means that no other doctor is above him in terms of his skill and trustworthiness, then there is no harm; but if he means absolute superiority, then this is an error; for Allah the Exalted is above everything.

And in my opinion: [He] meant that no doctor is above him. I do not think he believes that no one is above him, not even the Lord, Mighty and Majestic.
