The seventh: If one intentionally induces vomiting,By the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): (If vomiting overcomes a person, there is no make-up fast for him, but if he induces it, he must make it up). If a person induces vomiting and expels the food from his stomach, he breaks his fast based on this hadith, which is an authentic hadith.
But someone might say: This is the opposite of eating and drinking; eating and drinking deliver food and drink to the stomach, and what is this? It expels food and drink from the stomach, so how does it break the fast?So our answer to this is from two aspects: The first aspect is that this is the ruling of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and if the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) rules on something, it is like the ruling of Allah, because of His saying, the Exalted: [Al-Nisa:80] , and if this is the ruling of Allah and His Messenger, it is the duty of the believer to say: We hear and we obey,Allah the Exalted said: [Al-Nur:51-52] ,And Allah the Exalted said: [Al-Ahzab:36] This is the answer,That we say: This is the ruling of the Messenger of Allah, and the ruling of the Messenger of Allah is like the ruling of Allah, and it is not permissible for us to deviate from it.
The second answer is that it should be said: The expulsion of food from the stomach necessitates the weakness and dissolution of the body, so it is like the expulsion of blood through cupping. Thus, breaking the fast through cupping is like breaking the fast through vomiting; they support one another. So we say to the one whose fast is obligatory: Do not induce vomiting, for it is forbidden for you. If you are compelled to do so, then vomit and break your fast, and eat and drink in order to restore the strength and vitality of your body.
The eighth: The emergence of menstrual blood. If menstrual blood emerges, even if it is one minute before sunset, the fast is invalid.By the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): (Is it not the case that if she menstruates, she does not pray and does not fast?) And the scholars are in consensus that the fast of a menstruating woman is not valid.
However, if menstrual blood emerges after sunset, even if it is by one minute, the fast is valid; because rulings are tied to the emergence of the blood, not to the sensation of it without emergence.

He who obeys the Messenger has obeyed Allah
(51) The only statement of the [true] believers when they are called to Allah and His Messenger to judge between them is that they say, "We hear and we obey." And those are the successful. (52) And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger and fears Allah and is conscious of Him - it is those who are the attainers.
It is not for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decided a matter, that they should [thereafter] have any choice about their affair. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly strayed into clear error.
The second answer is that it should be said: The expulsion of food from the stomach necessitates the weakness and dissolution of the body, so it is like the expulsion of blood through cupping.
