Ruling on one who is unable to draw water into his nose during wudu'

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (When one of you performs wudu', let him put water in his nose). Some people may suffer from nasal allergies or other conditions that prevent them from drawing water into their nose. What should they do?
It is not obligatory to sniff the water in.Meaning: If the water enters his hand and reaches the nostrils, that is sufficient. Reaching the nasal cavity is not obligatory. I believe, if Allah wills, that there is no harm in this.
