Allah the Exalted said: [Surat al-Rahman: 78] The surah concludes with this great phrase,Meaning: How great is the blessing of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), and how great is the blessing in His name, to the extent that the name of Allah makes a slaughtered animal lawful or forbidden.If a person slaughters an animal and does not say: If one does not say "In the name of Allah," what is the result? It becomes carrion, forbidden, ritually impure, and harmful to the body, even if one forgot.He slaughtered it and forgot to say: If one says "In the name of Allah," it is forbidden, ritually impure, and corrupts the body, so it must be dragged away for the dogs; because it is ritually impure.Allah the Exalted said: [Surat al-An'am: 121] So look at the blessing. If a person performs ablution and does not mention the name of Allah, his ablution is, according to some scholars: a defective ablution that must be repeated; because the basmalah is obligatory according to some scholars.
If a person sees a crawling or flying animal and shoots it without mentioning the name of Allah, what is the status of this game? It becomes forbidden, carrion, ritually impure, and harmful to the body.
If a person goes to his wife -Meaning: has intercourse with his wife -And he said: (In the name of Allah, O Allah, keep Satan away from us and keep Satan away from what You have provided us) This was protection for this child who is born from this intercourse from Satan.The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (If one of you goes to his wife and says: In the name of Allah, O Allah, keep Satan away from us and keep Satan away from what You have provided us, then if a child is destined to be between them, Satan will never harm him) A person strives to the right and left to protect his child, and loses a lot of money, and here is this remedy from the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). Is it expensive or cheap? It is cheap, and in terms of effort, it is easy. This protects him from Satan forever. (In the name of Allah, O Allah, keep Satan away from us and keep Satan away from what You have provided us) All of this is evidence of the blessing of the name of Allah (Mighty and Majestic).And for this he said: [Surat al-Rahman: 78] Meaning: the Owner of Majesty and Honor.Does honor mean: Is He the one who is honored, or is He the one who honors? Both. So He is honored, respected, and exalted (Mighty and Majestic), and He also honors. Allah the Exalted said regarding the people of Paradise -O Allah, make us among them-: [Surat al-Ma'arij: 35] So He is the Owner of Majesty and Honor. He honors those who deserve honor, and He (Mighty and Majestic) honors His righteous servants. May Allah make us and you among them by His grace and honor.
