Is the migration from countries where a Muslim cannot establish his religious rites still ongoing, or has it ceased? And are a land of disbelief and a land of Islam equal in this regard?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : The topic is whether migration is still ongoing or not. He was silent, so I proceeded to deliver a long, long lecture on what? Also on migration. I went east and west, and I said things, all of which confirmed that the corrupt environment, whatever the situation, whether in a land of disbelief or in a land of Islam, one who lives in this environment should try to escape from it completely. There are contagious spiritual diseases and physical diseases. Just as we shun physical medical contagion, so we should shun this.

The questioner : From the contagion.

The Shaykh : And so on, and he was silent, not a word. In the end, I said to Abu Islam, do you have the fatwas of Ibn Taymiyyah? He said yes. I said to him, bring me a volume, bring me a volume. I started flipping through it, and suddenly he stood up and left the gathering in a very strange way, meaning he fled. And Glorified and Exalted is He, as He said:
We will progressively lead them [to destruction] from where they do not know. سَنَسْتَدْرِجُهُمْ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
[Al-A'raf 7:182]
Before he could move toward the exit, the mu'adhdhin called the adhan. He seized the opportunity and stood up, while I was still looking for a very valuable research by Ibn Taymiyyah.

The questioner : On migration?

The Shaykh : On migration, and he responds to him directly, clarifying that
Narrated Mujahid bin Jabir Al-Makki: `Abdullah bin `Umar used to say, "There is no more Hijrah (i.e. migration) after the Conquest of Mecca." لا هجرة بعد الفتح
Sahih al-Bukhari 3899
As is known to the scholars, and from them I benefited, the meaning is: what I mentioned earlier. And I had reached the topic when the adhan was called, and he stood up. I said to him, do you not want to hear the words of the Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah? He said, we will listen after the prayer. He did not turn to answer, but he was leaving the room. He did not believe that we would proceed as they say. What is this answer? Is this knowledge? Is this Islam? We had agreed to complete this topic. Knowing that the caller, Abu Islam, is the imam of the mosque, and that he would not be able to pray until the imam of the mosque leaves, but he found it to be what? An escape for him, so he turned his back and left. So I did not find a man who submits to the truth, and submits to knowledge, and seeks nothing but the face of Allah Mighty and Majestic. And if you ask him here in this first session, at 'Abd al-Rahman's 'aqiqah, if you ask him here, he flees from here. And if you come, you will find he is fleeing from you. There is no wrestling with the issue, no overpowering. There is no fairness, unfortunately.

The questioner : There is no power nor strength except with Allah!

The Shaykh : May Allah be our helper!
