What is the Shaykh's advice to the Salafi brothers regarding what is obligatory for them in their morals and in calling people to the truth?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Our Lord - Mighty and Majestic - says:
Indeed, We have granted you, [O Muhammad], al-Kawthar. إِنَّا أَعْطَيْنَاكَ الْكَوْثَرَ
[Al-Kawthar 108:1]
, I mean, He says:
(1) By time, (2) Indeed, mankind is in loss, (3) Except for those who have believed and done righteous deeds and advised each other to truth and advised each other to patience.
[Al-'Asr 103:1-3]
"Enjoin upon one another truth": the truth is what the Shari'ah brought, and "enjoin upon one another patience": patience in carrying out the rulings of the Shari'ah. And what is required of us, we who are the people of the Sunnah and affiliated with the righteous Salaf - (may Allah be pleased with them) - is required of us in the strongest sense that we remember this, which is a characteristic and nature of those who believed and did righteous deeds, that they enjoin upon one another truth and enjoin upon one another patience. So from the truth is that we, the people of the Sunnah, as we said, are required to adopt Islamic morals, and these are undoubtedly many and very many, and there is no room now to go into them in detail. I only want to remind you of one trait, which is that argumentation should not dominate us. And argumentation is specifically with ignorance, and I do not say with falsehood, because I do not believe, if Allah wills, that there is among us anyone who argues with falsehood while knowing that he is wrong. But there are among us those who argue without knowledge. This is a reality that some of us, or many of us, or one of us may feel the bitterness of, but it is the truth. We often find some of us arguing with one another; I do not say with falsehood while knowing it is false, but I say with certainty that many of us argue with one another with ignorance while not knowing. So many of our young brothers and those affiliated with the Salafi da'wah, who are close to it and have not yet learned something of the necessities of knowledge, jurisprudence, and hadith, take it upon themselves to be an arguer, and he argues without knowledge. And this is not of the nature of the Muslims, let alone that it be of the specific nature of the Muslims, namely the people of the Sunnah who are affiliated with following the Book and the Sunnah and upon the methodology of the righteous Salaf. And the other is from enjoining one another, enjoining one another with patience. So we must be patient in our da'wah, and this necessitates various matters. The first of them is that we compel ourselves to act according to the rulings of our Shari'ah in light of our madhhab from the Book and the Sunnah, and that we not be influenced by the masses of people who live on hearsay and excessive questioning. So if we see that people have contradicted the truth by which we profess our faith in Allah, we are patient and act with this truth and do not care about all the people. The other thing is that because of our steadfastness upon this truth which our Lord - Mighty and Majestic - guided us to, we will find many and very many oppositions from those far away and from those close, alike, no difference. We will find opposition from our fathers and from our mothers and from our paternal uncles and maternal uncles and so on. So it should not prevent us from holding fast and remaining upon this truth. But in contrast to this, it is obligatory that our manner with these opponents and those who contradict us in calling them to what we are upon be as our Lord - Mighty and Majestic - said in the clear text of His Book:
Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction ادْعُ إِلَى سَبِيلِ رَبِّكَ بِالْحِكْمَةِ وَالْمَوْعِظَةِ الْحَسَنَةِ
[An-Nahl 16:125]
I return to correct
and argue with them in a way that is best وَجَادِلْهُمْ بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ
[An-Nahl 16:125]
, so it is upon us, if we argue, to argue with two traits: that we argue with knowledge and not with ignorance, and that we argue accompanied by knowledge with wisdom and good exhortation. And may the peace of Allah be upon you.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good, and may Allah bless you.
