The Islamic Bank Distributes Profits Between the Client and the Bank and Allocates a Third Percentage (Investment Risk Reserve); If the Client Withdraws His Funds, He Is Not Given

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The Islamic Bank distributes profits between the bank and the client, and allocates a third percentage as an investment risk reserve. If the client withdraws his funds, he is not given anything from the percentage allocated for the investment reserve. What is the ruling on this? And what is the evidence for it?

The Shaykh : I do not see this as permissible in Islam, because it is also a form of consuming people's wealth unjustly. When the money is withdrawn, the capital and the profit he is entitled to must be withdrawn. It is not permissible to keep a portion of it for interests they know about. This is sufficient, and praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
