Is the sacrifice valid for a man who shaves his beard while knowing that shaving is forbidden? And is there any advice for those like him?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : He says: Noble Shaykh, a man wants to perform the sacrifice, and it is well known that this is done during the ten days. He has taken some of the hair from his beard, and he is one of those who shave their beards, and he knows that it is not permissible. What is the ruling in this case? Is his sacrifice valid? And is there any advice for our brothers who commit this sin?

The Shaykh : My advice to these people is to fear Allah (Mighty and Majestic), whether they intend to perform the sacrifice or not. They should fear Allah and obey the command of His Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), where He said:
Differ from the Zoroastrians خالفوا المجوس
Do the opposite of what the pagans do. Keep the beards and cut the moustaches short. خالفوا المشركين وفروا اللحى وحفوا الشوارب
Sahih al-Bukhari 5892
Let them know that this is from the guidance of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and shaving it is from the guidance of the polytheists. If we were to ask any believer in Allah and His Messenger: "Do you prefer the guidance of the polytheists over the guidance of the Master of the Messengers?" he would say: "No." If he says "No," why does he not have the resolve to fear Allah? Therefore, it is very regrettable that you see some people who are keen on congregational prayer, who fast either the white days or every other day, who give charity, and who are people of good character and good conduct, yet they are afflicted with this issue, namely shaving the beard. So, shaving his beard becomes a thorn in his character and in his religion as well. It is obligatory to fear Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Perhaps his refraining from shaving his beard during the first ten days of the sacrifice will be a cause for him to refrain from it permanently, because it helps him, as keeping the beard for ten days without shaving will have an effect, and it will become distinct and apparent. At that time, it will be easier for him to let it grow and not shave it. But uglier than that is that some people say: "I will not perform the sacrifice because if I intend to sacrifice, I will refrain from shaving my beard." I seek refuge in Allah; he leaves off good in order to do evil. This is a great error. We say: Perform the sacrifice even if you disobey Allah by shaving your beard. The sacrifice is one thing, and shaving the beard is another. Likewise, what some women think, that if a woman cuts her hair during the ten days, she has no sacrifice, is also an error and is not correct. If a woman wants to perform the sacrifice, she may comb her hair, but gently. If some hair falls out without her intention, she owes nothing. If she fears that it cannot be combed without hair falling out, she should not comb it, but wash it with water, wring it, and clean it. Yes.
