A pious young man who does not attend the Fajr prayer and sometimes the 'Asr prayer in congregation, despite his efforts to maintain them; is he sinful for this or not?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : He says: "May the Shaykh be respected, I am a pious person, praise and thanks be to Allah, so I do not listen to songs and I do not smoke. However, I do not attend the Fajr prayer and sometimes the 'Asr prayer in congregation, knowing that I try very hard to get up for those prayers. And when I miss those prayers, I regret it greatly. Believe me, O respected Shaykh, that I have tried by all means but I have been unable to. Am I sinful or not?"

The Shaykh : As for if what he says about his inability is true and that he is unable to do so, then Allah the Exalted says:
So fear Allah as much as you are able فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ
[At-Taghabun 64:16]
and He says:
Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity لا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْساً إِلاَّ وُسْعَهَا
[Al-Baqarah 2:286]
But is there a cure for this inability? That is the real question. The answer: I think it must have a cure, I think it must have a cure. For example, regarding the Fajr prayer: it is well known that if a person sleeps early, he wakes up early; this is well known. For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) disliked talking after the 'Isha' prayer, because talking leads to staying up late, and then a person is unable to get up for the Fajr prayer, and if he does get up, he is in difficulty. As for the 'Asr prayer, it appears, and Allah knows best, that this man is an employee and does not arrive until late, then he eats lunch and sleeps, and it is difficult for him to get up. So I say: if the time for 'Asr is near, do not sleep after you eat lunch; walk for five or ten minutes, and then when the adhan comes, pray with the congregation. In any case, a sane and wise person, when such matters befall him, knows how to get rid of them. Yes.
