The virtue of sending blessings upon the servant in his grave, on the Day of Resurrection, and in his life.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : This is a small part of a great and noble deed, which has beneficial effects on a person in his life, in his grave, and on the Day of Resurrection. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Prayer is light الصلاة نور
, I swear to you by Allah, light in what?
In the heart. And when the heart is illuminated, the face is illuminated and the chest expands. For this reason, Allah the Exalted said:
and seek help through patience and prayer وَاسْتَعِينُوا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلاةِ
.
And when a person is faced with a matter and it becomes difficult for him, he turns to prayer, because the heart is illuminated by prayer, so the face is illuminated and the chest expands, and the person finds the world before him spacious without end.
It is light in the grave, and the grave is darkness; a person sees neither sun nor moon, but if he is among those who pray, his grave will be light.
Likewise, it is light on the Day of Resurrection. He the Exalted said:
On the Day you see the believing men and believing women, their light proceeding before them and on their right يَوْمَ تَرَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ يَسْعَى نُورُهُمْ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَبِأَيْمَانِهِمْ
[Al-Hadid 57:12]
.
So it is light in the heart, the face, the grave, and the Day of Resurrection,
and it has great effects.
