The ruling on praying in a mosque that contains a grave

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is the ruling on praying in a mosque that contains a grave, and does one who prays in a mosque that contains a grave have to repeat the prayer?
This requires consideration. If the mosque was built over the grave, then the prayer in it is not valid, because such a mosque is forbidden and it must be demolished. If the mosque existed previously and a deceased person was buried in it, then it must be examined: if the grave is in the direction of the qiblah, then one does not pray in this mosque;Because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: (Do not pray toward the graves). As for if it is to the right or left of the one facing the qiblah, or behind his back, then there is no harm. However, it is obligatory for the family of the deceased who was buried in this mosque to exhume him and bury him with the people.
