Is it permissible to repeat Surat al-Sajdah in the Fajr prayer on every Friday?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is it permissible to repeat Surat al-Sajdah in the Fajr prayer on every Friday?

The Shaykh : Yes, repeating Surat al-Sajdah and
Has there not come upon man a period of time? هل أتى على الإنسان
in the Fajr prayer on every Friday is the sunnah (recommended practice).

The questioner : Very well.

The Shaykh : And it is the best. A person should strive to recite these two surahs in the Fajr prayer on Friday, for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to do so. However, some scholars (may Allah have mercy on them) said that one should sometimes recite others so that the common people do not think that reciting them is obligatory. A person should beware of what some imams do, where they divide Surat al-Sajdah between the two rak'ahs, or recite
Has there not come upon man a period of time? هل أتى على الإنسان
and divide it between the two rak'ahs, for this is a clear contradiction of the sunnah. If one is unable to recite these two surahs in full, let him recite other surahs from the Qur'an so that he does not completely contradict the sunnah.
Some people may think that reciting these two surahs prolongs the prayer for the ma'mum (one praying behind the imam), to the extent that some say the ma'mum, or some of them, speak against him if he recites them, saying, "You have prolonged it for us." I say to him: Be patient and count it as a reward for what is said about you if you follow the sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). Do not care about anyone who objects to something established by explicit text. Recite these two surahs, even if some people find them long. Only an ignorant or negligent person would find them long. If someone asks, "What if there is someone in the congregation for whom it is difficult to stand if the imam recites these two surahs?" The answer is: We say that if it is difficult for him to stand, the answer is that we say if it is difficult for him to stand, then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to 'Imran ibn al-Husayn
offer prayer in standing condition; if you are unable to do so, then in sitting condition: if you are then at your side صل قائما فإن لم تستطع فقاعدا فإن لم تستطع فعلى جنب
Sunan Abi Dawud 952Sahih (Al-Albani)
And in that case, he prays sitting if he is unable to stand for the duration of the imam's recitation of these two surahs. Yes.

The questioner : May Allah bless you.
