Tawaf is not valid inside the Black Stone enclosure, and no lap is counted for it.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : An interjection.
If someone performed tawaf between the standing building and the walls of the Black Stone enclosure, is his tawaf valid?
The student: It is not valid.

The Shaykh : A man is performing tawaf and enters through the door of the Black Stone enclosure and exits through the other door; is it valid?
The student: It is not valid.

The Shaykh : Why?
Because he performed tawaf inside the Ka'bah, and Allah Mighty and Majestic says:
and let them perform tawaf around the House وليطوفوا بالبيت

Look at how the Arabic language works?
If He had said "and let them perform tawaf in the House," the tawaf would be inside the Ka'bah, because "in" is a preposition of location, but He said:
and let them perform tawaf around the House وليطوفوا بالبيت
, and the "ba" here indicates encompassing.
Meaning, one encompasses the House and performs tawaf around it.
Now, an objector argued with us and said: I saw a severe crowd, so I saw benefit in entering through this door and exiting through the second door.
We said: Please, what are they?
He said: The first benefit is shortening the walking, and this is correct, is it a benefit or not?
The students: Yes.
Now, the second benefit: safety from the crowd, this is easier, and this is a second benefit, is it or not?
Now, what do we say to him?
The student: Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds...

The Shaykh : Now, take a rest.
We answer that by saying:
The Shari'ah does not follow what a person believes to be a benefit, rather benefits follow the Shari'ah.
And what the Shari'ah commands is the benefit.
And if you now gain this benefit, you are deprived of completing the tawaf.
And on this basis, we order him to repeat his tawaf in a valid manner.
