Is it permissible for the imam of the Friday prayer to be someone other than the preacher?

The Shaykh : Is it permissible for the imam on Friday to be someone other than the preacher? I said: If there is a stronger benefit, such as if the preacher is one who is suitable for preaching and moving the hearts of the Muslims and so on, but he does not understand the Qur'an, then it is permissible for someone else to step forward to realize this benefit. However, doing it for the sake of money, as some people do, is not permissible.
