Is it permissible to study in a school where the midday prayer is not performed in congregation?

The Shaykh : The teacher does not establish the congregational prayer, and neither do the students?

The questioner : The teacher.

The Shaykh : It is not permissible.

The questioner : It is not permissible to study there.

The Shaykh: No.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good, O Shaykh.

The Shaykh : And beware of that.
