What is the ruling on raising the hands when standing up from the second rak'ah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh: And the completion of this question: Is the prayer considered incomplete when the hands are not raised with the takbir from the second rak'ah?
Answer: Raising the hands is a sunnah (recommended practice) among the sunnahs of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). So whoever performs it will have a good deed for every movement, and whoever among the worshippers is indifferent to increasing good deeds, let him not raise them. And whoever is eager and hopeful for increasing good deeds, let him strive to follow the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in every small and large matter; whether it is a confirmed sunnah or a recommended sunnah; because the reward on the Day of Resurrection and success will only be achieved by good deeds outweighing bad deeds.
