The questioner- also - from the women: She says, "I have a sister who is a talebearer who constantly talks about people, about so-and-so and so-and-so; is it permissible to go to her house and visit her, or not?"
The Shaykh : I say: It is obligatory - not merely permissible - to go to her house, along with following up with advising her. As for saying, "So-and-so does such-and-such, so we cut off ties with her and abandoned her," then who will reform her? It is necessary to visit her and it is necessary to follow up with advice. For that reason, he (peace and blessings be upon him) said in the well-known authentic hadith:. They said: "For whom, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: Sahih Muslim 55a. So this woman is among the general Muslim community, and it is obligatory for us to advise her. When do we not go to her? When it becomes clear to us that she is a woman who causes corruption, and that she has absolutely no willingness to retract from her talebearing or from her backbiting of people; at that time we cut off ties with her, perhaps Allah (Mighty and Majestic) will guide her to the straight path.

Religion is sincere advice, religion is sincere advice, religion is sincere advice
