The invalidity of this distinction between beliefs and rulings in what is evidenced by the ahad and mutawatir reports of the Sunnah, as in the story of the dispatch of Mu'adh at one time and Abu [Musa] at another

The Shaykh : And we all know this, and they know it too, but they deny it, as Allah (Mighty and Majestic) said regarding others: [An-Naml 27:14] Indeed, they all know that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to send individuals to call them to Islam, and Islam is nothing but what the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) brought, encompassing both what was belief and what was rulings, as there is no disagreement on this. Among the well-known examples in the authentic Sunnah, which they know and then deviate from, is the dispatch of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to Yemen, sometimes sending Mu'adh, sometimes Abu Musa al-Ash'ari, and sometimes Ali. What did these Companions do when the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) sent them to Yemen? Undoubtedly, they called them to faith in Allah and His Messenger, which is the foundation of all belief, and then to the Islam brought by the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). It is reported in Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim from the hadith of Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent Mu'adh to Yemen, he said to him, "O Mu'adh,"
And they rejected them, while their [inner] selves were convinced thereof, out of injustice and haughtiness
Let the first thing you call them to be the testimony that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. Then, if they obey you, order them to pray, until the end of the authentic hadith. In it, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered Mu'adh, who was an individual, and his hadith is classified by the later scholars as an ahad hadith, to make the first thing he calls them to the belief in Allah alone, with no partner, saying, "Let the first thing you call them to be the testimony that there is no god but Allah." If you confront this hadith, whose authenticity is agreed upon by all Muslims, both those who follow the Salaf and those who oppose them, they believe with us that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent Mu'adh to Yemen and ordered him to call them to the testimony that there is no god but Allah. How can they believe in the authenticity of this hadith and then say that ahad hadiths are not to be used in matters of belief? From this, it becomes clear to you that deviating from what the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) were upon, in their spreading across the horizons and calling people to Islam without the philosophy of distinguishing between mutawatir and ahad hadiths, this issue alone is sufficient to show every rational Muslim the danger of deviating from following the Book and the Sunnah and the methodology of the righteous Salaf.
