Does the Salafi creed have an effect on the person and does it enter into the rulings of the Shari'ah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Does this creed, meaning this Salafi creed, have a return and an effect on the person, or is it just philosophical questions and answers? I mean, what does a person benefit from when he knows that Allah is in the sky?

The Shaykh : Allah is the Greatest. This is the answer, just as the speech began:
Who believe in the unseen الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْغَيْبِ
[Al-Baqarah 2:3]
. When our Lord, Mighty and Majestic, charged His servants with anything that does not fall within the limits of the rulings of the Shari'ah, what did He intend by it? He intended that they worship Him and that each of them submit to the ruling of Allah and believe in it. What is the philosophy of philosophy? All the verses and hadiths that relate to belief in the signs of the Hour, for example, and in Paradise and the Fire—what is the return that the Muslim gets when he believes in these unseen matters? The return is that the believer increases in faith, and when his faith increases, this faith drives him to act according to what came in the Book and the Sunnah. But if he does not have faith in the unseen, his faith is like the faith of the materialists who do not act on anything unless they are convinced by the limits of their materiality. So faith in the unseen is not a philosophical issue, and whoever says it is a philosophical issue means that he denies the Qur'an; he denies many of the verses that explicitly mention the unseen and describe Allah, Mighty and Majestic, as being alone in the attribute of the unseen.
