What is the effect of faith in the Hereafter on the Muslim's creed?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : What is the effect of faith in the Hereafter on the Muslim's creed?

The Shaykh : Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, his Companions, and those who follow them in excellence until the Day of Judgment. Faith in the Hereafter is one of the six pillars of faith with which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) answered Jibril when he asked about faith, saying:
To believe in Allah, His Angels, His Books, His Messengers, the Last Day أن تؤمن بالله، وملائكته، وكتبه، ورسله، واليوم الأخر
Musnad Ahmad 191Sahih (Darussalam)
The effect of faith on the heart of the believer and his actions is great. Indeed, when a person believes in the Hereafter, he works for it. Working for the Hereafter is doing what Allah and His Messenger have commanded and leaving what Allah and His Messenger have forbidden. If faith in the Hereafter is absent, there is no faith, because it is one of the pillars of faith. In its absence, a pillar of faith is missing, and faith cannot be divided in its pillars. A person must believe in all the pillars of faith, otherwise he has no faith. Therefore, the effect of faith in the Hereafter is very great. For this reason, Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) associates it with faith in Him in many places in the Qur'an, because faith in it is what drives a person to work. Allah the Exalted said, making clear that its denial is disbelief:
Those who disbelieve have claimed that they will never be resurrected. Say, "Yes, by my Lord, you will surely be resurrected; then you will surely be informed of what you did زَعَمَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَنْ لَنْ يُبْعَثُوا قُلْ بَلَى وَرَبِّي لَتُبْعَثُنَّ ثُمَّ لَتُنَبَّؤُنَّ بِمَا عَمِلْتُمْ
[At-Taghabun 64:7]
So Allah commanded His Prophet to swear by the Resurrection, and He (Blessed and Exalted is He) made clear that this is easy for Him, saying:
And that is easy for Allah. وَذَلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ يَسِيرٌ
And He (Mighty and Majestic) said:
And it is He who begins creation; then He repeats it, and that is [even] easier for Him. To Him belongs the highest attribute in the heavens and earth. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
[Ar-Rum 30:27]
