What is the ruling on sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) while the imam is delivering the Friday sermon?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : As for sending blessings upon the Messenger (peace be upon him), its scope is broad; whenever he comes to your mind or you have the time, you may send blessings upon the Messenger (peace be upon him), and for every such sending of blessings, you receive ten good deeds. Therefore, the ruling differs here. Praising Allah when one sneezes is obligatory, whereas sending blessings upon the Messenger (peace be upon him) in this specific situation does not exceed the ruling of enjoining good and forbidding evil. Nevertheless, the Messenger (peace be upon him) prohibited enjoining good and forbidding evil during the sermon, because it would lead the listeners to be distracted from paying attention to the preacher.
