He performs the 'Aqiqah for it if it is stillborn.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : It is also related to this that he performs the 'Aqiqah for it; if it is stillborn after it has completed four months and the soul has been breathed into it, then he performs the 'Aqiqah for it.
What does "performing the 'Aqiqah" mean? It means slaughtering the 'Aqiqah sacrifice on its behalf. The 'Aqiqah for a male child is two sheep. If the situation is easy, meaning the means are limited, then one sheep is sufficient. And if he has nothing, then it is dropped from him.
As for a female child, it is one sheep.
If someone were to ask: How do we perform the 'Aqiqah for it when it was stillborn? We say: But this child will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection, called by your name, and it will be said, "So-and-so, son of so-and-so," and he will be with you in Paradise
And those who believed and whose descendants followed them in faith - We will join with them their descendants وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَاتَّبَعَتْهُمْ ذُرِّيَّتُهُمْ بِإِيمَانٍ أَلْحَقْنَا بِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ
[At-Tur 52:21]
.
So thank Allah for this blessing and slaughter the 'Aqiqah for it, just as you slaughter it for the fetus that was stillborn but remained until it completed seven days.
And some scholars said: If the stillborn child dies before it completes seven days, then he does not perform the 'Aqiqah for it, based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Every boy is pawned against his 'Aqiqah, to be slaughtered on his behalf on the seventh day كل غلام مرتهن بعقيقته تذبح عنه يوم سابعه
Bulugh al-Maram 12:44
They said: And if it is dead, it does not have a seventh day. But as long as the matter is easy for the person and simple for him, then the best is that he slaughters, and Allah will replace it for him, if Allah wills.
