It is not permissible to terminate it under any circumstances.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : It also pertains to the case where four months have passed; it is not permissible to terminate it under any circumstances, even if there is fear for the mother if it remains. It is not permissible to abort it, even if the doctors determine that the fetus is deformed and that if it is born, it will be a burden on its family and on itself. It is not permissible to abort it. Why? Because it has become a protected human being, and aborting it means killing a protected human being. And Allah the Exalted said:
But whoever kills a believer intentionally - his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him and has cursed him and has prepared for him a great punishment. ومن يقتل مؤمنا متعمدا فجزاؤه جهنم خالدا فيها وغضب الله عليه ولعنه وأعد له عذابا عظيما
[An-Nisa 4:93]
.
If someone were to say: What if there is fear for the mother if we do not remove it?
We say: Let it be so, and it is not possible for us to kill it to preserve its mother, because it is not permissible to kill a soul to save another soul. Otherwise, if a man came and feared for his own life, and he had a companion with him on a journey, for example, and he became hungry and feared for his own life, what would he do to his companion? He would eat him. And no one says this, because it is not possible to destroy people to preserve oneself.
